AppYea Awarded Key Patent for Diagnosing Sleep Quality
Intends to vigorously pursue companies it believes may be infringing on intellectual property
SleepX, a subsidiary of AppYea Inc. (OTC: APYP), focusing on the development of accurate wearable monitoring solutions to treat sleep apnea and snoring, announces it has been granted a patent (US20150119741A1) by the United States Patent and Trademark Office, titled: Apparatus and Method for Diagnosing Sleep Quality. The patent extends through February 2036, and provides broad coverage in the field of sleep monitoring. According to Kenneth Research (May 2022), the global market for smart sleep tracking products is expected to reach USD $11.2 billion by 2028.
